Here’s a way to lighten up the cooking load this Thanksgiving weekend! Welcome to the October roast beef dinner Friday, Oct. 5 featuring homemade soup. Roast beef (purchased before any recall concerns!), mashed potatoes, gravy, butternut squash, broccoli/cauliflower medley with cheese sauce, decadent chocolate dessert, tea and coffee serving 5 to 6:30 p.m.. Cost is just $10 per person.
